App, account and synchronization
You start locally without an account. Only enabling cloud sync creates a pseudonymous guest identity or uses an account you choose.
Notes, attachments, reminders and settings are stored locally. Public content needs no login. Permissions are requested when needed. Exports and device backups you select are outside the app’s erasure function.
Enabled sync transfers the selected collection of notes, attachments and reminders together with technical synchronization data. Signing into an existing account requires an explicit choice before local data is included.
A guest identity is pseudonymous, not anonymous: it uses a technical identifier and connection data.
Turning sync off pauses transfers and deletes nothing. Deleting cloud data, deleting an account and resetting this device are separate actions. Cloud erasure removes content from the active database and blocks old synchronization sessions. Local copies on devices remain. Backups and operational logs follow the periods and criteria configured below.
Website, downloads, updates and operational logs
- Purpose

- Data
- Beim Website-Aufruf werden technisch erforderliche Verbindungsdaten verarbeitet. Das Kontaktformular protokolliert technische Anfragekennungen, Verarbeitungsergebnisse und bei Fehlern Fehlergründe. Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Betreff und Nachrichteninhalt sind nicht als reguläre Protokollfelder vorgesehen. Zusätzliche Hosting- und Proxy-Protokollfelder sind vom Betreiber zu bestätigen. / Website requests process technically necessary connection data. The contact form logs technical request identifiers, processing outcomes and error reasons on failure. Name, email address, subject and message content are not intended as regular log fields. Additional hosting and proxy log fields require operator confirmation.

Lokale Betriebsprotokolle werden zusätzlich durch größenabhängige Rotation begrenzt; daraus ergibt sich keine feste zeitliche Löschfrist. / Centrally collected operational logs are configured for seven days of retention followed by automatic cleanup. Local operational logs are additionally bounded by size-based rotation; this does not establish a fixed time-based erasure period.

Bei entsprechend eingerichteter Verbindungsweiterleitung wird die Verbindungsadresse zur Missbrauchsbegrenzung verwendet. Bitte übermitteln Sie nur Angaben, die zur Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage erforderlich sind, und vermeiden Sie Gesundheitsdaten in Nachrichten oder Bildschirmfotos. / Name, email address, subject and content of your request, and technical request identifiers. Where connection forwarding is configured, the connection address is used to limit abuse. Cloud synchronization
- Purpose
- Bereitstellung und Absicherung des Vorsorgekatalogabrufs. Technische Zugangsdaten dienen diesem Zweck und werden nicht für Werbung verwendet. Der Abruf aktiviert keine persönliche Cloud-Synchronisierung. / Providing and securing preventive-care catalog retrieval. Technical access data serve this purpose and are not used for advertising. Retrieval does not activate personal cloud synchronization.

- Für den Katalogabruf werden technische Zugangs-, Sitzungs- und Verbindungsdaten verarbeitet. Geburtsdatum, Geschlecht, Vorsorgeplaneinträge, Termine und Erinnerungszustand werden lokal auf Ihrem Gerät gespeichert und nicht an die Katalog-API übertragen. Erinnerungen werden lokal über das Betriebssystem angezeigt; je nach Geräteeinstellung können Inhalte auf dem Sperrbildschirm sichtbar sein. Wenn Sie einen Termin ausdrücklich in den Gerätekalender übernehmen, werden Datum, Uhrzeit, Terminbezeichnung und gegebenenfalls Arzt oder Praxis an diesen Kalender übergeben. Je nach Ihren Kalendereinstellungen kann dessen Anbieter den Eintrag synchronisieren. / Catalog retrieval processes technical access, session and connection data. Date of birth, sex, care-plan entries, appointments and reminder state are stored locally on your device and are not transferred to the catalog API. Reminders are displayed locally through the operating system; depending on device settings, their contents may be visible on the lock screen. If you explicitly export an appointment to the device calendar, its date, time, title and, where provided, doctor or practice are passed to that calendar. Depending on your calendar settings, its provider may synchronize the entry.

- Retention and erasure criteria
- Technische Zugangsdaten werden nur so lange gespeichert, wie sie für den Katalogzugang erforderlich sind. Inaktive Gastkonten unterliegen der nachfolgend beschriebenen 30-Tage-Regel; Protokolle und Backups haben gesonderte Aufbewahrungskriterien. Über „Vorsorgeplan zurücksetzen“ löschen Sie das lokale Profil, den Plan, Termine und Erinnerungszustände; geplante App-Benachrichtigungen werden storniert. Bereits exportierte Kalendereinträge werden dadurch nicht gelöscht und müssen bei Bedarf im Kalender entfernt werden. / Technical access data are retained only as long as needed for catalog access. Inactive guest accounts follow the 30-day rule described below; logs and backups have separate retention criteria. “Reset care plan” deletes your local profile, plan, appointments and reminder state, and cancels scheduled app notifications. Previously exported calendar entries are not deleted by this reset and must be removed in the calendar if desired.
Backups

- Sicherungskopien der serverseitigen Datenbank einschließlich technischer Gastkennungen, Authentifizierungs-, Sitzungs- und Aktivitätsdaten sowie zugehöriger Änderungsdaten für die Wiederherstellung. Profil, Vorsorgeplan, Termine und Erinnerungszustand liegen lokal auf dem Gerät und werden nicht durch diese serverseitige Datenbanksicherung erfasst. / Copies of the server-side database, including technical guest identifiers, authentication, session and activity data, and associated change data needed for recovery. Profile, care plan, appointments and reminder state are stored locally on the device and are not included in this server-side database backup.

- Retention and erasure criteria
- Tägliche Datenbanksicherungen und fortlaufende Änderungsdaten ermöglichen ein konfiguriertes Wiederherstellungsfenster von 14 Tagen. Dafür erforderliche ältere Basissicherungen können länger aufbewahrt werden. Sicherungsobjekte haben einen siebentägigen Löschschutz. Nicht mehr aktuelle Objektversionen sind 30 Tage nach ihrer Ablösung zur automatischen Löschung vorgesehen. Die Löschung einzelner Daten aus der aktiven Datenbank entfernt diese daher nicht sofort aus bestehenden Sicherungen. / Daily database backups and ongoing change records support a configured recovery window of 14 days. Older base backups needed for that window may be retained longer. Backup objects have seven-day deletion protection. Noncurrent object versions are scheduled for automatic deletion 30 days after becoming noncurrent. Erasure of individual records from the active database therefore does not immediately remove them from existing backups.
API operational logs

- Technische Betriebs- und Fehlerdaten zu Serveranfragen und deren Verarbeitung. Serverseitige Fehler können zusätzlich im Zugriffsprotokoll erfasst werden; Anfrage-Header werden dabei ausgeschlossen. Datenbankabfragen mit längerer Ausführungsdauer können in Datenbank-Betriebsprotokollen erscheinen. / Technical operational and error data relating to server requests and their processing. Server-side errors may additionally be recorded in access logs; request headers are excluded from those logs. Database queries with longer execution times may appear in database operational logs.

Pseudonymous guest identity

- Pseudonymer Gastzugang für den Katalogabruf, ohne Registrierung mit E-Mail und Passwort. Ein Gastzugang wird bei Bedarf beim ersten Katalogabruf eingerichtet, nicht im Willkommensbildschirm oder Onboarding. / Pseudonymous guest access for catalog retrieval without email and password registration. A guest identity is provisioned when needed on the first catalog request, not during welcome or onboarding.
- Data
- Technische Gast- und Benutzerkennungen, Zugangs- und Sitzungsdaten sowie Zeitangaben zur Einrichtung, Gültigkeit und letzten Aktivität des Gastzugangs. Der Zugang ist pseudonym und verwendet keine Registrierung mit Name oder E-Mail-Adresse. Die technische Kennung kann wiederkehrende Abrufe demselben Gastzugang zuordnen; sie ist deshalb keine anonyme Nutzung. Persönliche Profil- und Vorsorgeplandaten werden beim Katalogabruf nicht übertragen. / Technical guest and user identifiers, access and session data, and timestamps for provisioning, validity and last activity. Access is pseudonymous and does not require registration with a name or email address.
